Organized in four functional departments, our team expertise covers all aspects and knowledge required to deliver the best cost-effective solution addressing our customer needs. To each project the BunkerSec team brings in the ideal combination of practical and technical experience, effective project management skills and full dedication.  

Using in-house tools, the concept design and planning team will generate an integrated plan based on the customer needs. Tapping into years of expertise in needs analysis, threat assessment and conceptual design, the team’s final product will be a high-level plan completed with 3D simulations and a rough budget analysis.   

The technology team is multidisciplinary, comprised of experts in all related fields. The team keeps BunkerSec up to date, identifying cutting-edge technologies and adopting them to the client unique requirements. The team is experienced in creating blueprints, issuing tenders and negotiating with contractors to optimize project costs.   

Mastering project management methodologies and experienced in managing complex, demanding and time-constrained projects, the project management team will guarantee delivery of the required solution from the kickoff meeting until satisfactory completion within schedule and budget limitations.   

The Business Continuity Management team’s members are experts in translating business needs, requirements and regulations into a coherent methodology that will assure the business continuity. Coming from large organizations, armed forces and HLS agencies, the team members are experts in BCP and command & control technologies and design.
