The Challenges:
Design of an underground business continuity center under logistical center and consolidation of multiple data centers (50) into one.

The Solution:
10 m underground, the facility is built to withstand earthquakes, terror and NBC attacks and to protect critical staff, management and data center. The solution includes redundant power supply, backed up by 2 generators (one of them is underground), dual communication lines from different vendors and life supporting systems.
Special technology was used to isolate the facility itself and all equipment from earthquake vibrations.
In cooperation with the customer the team created the data center consolidation plan to assure no downtime in the process.
