The Challenges:
Creating a BCP that will cover all aspects and departments of the bank to ensure the required level of service under any circumstances.

The Solution:
Starting with in-depth analysis of the bank business needs and regulations requirements, the project included creation of maintenance and routine procedures, course of actions in transition between routine and different types of emergencies and operation through emergency situation until full recovery. The project covered ongoing maintenance of facility systems, security, emergency medical care and life supporting services. The project was fully computerized and included staff training. It was completed with a full-scale drill of the bank’s systems.
