The Challenges:
Consolidating C² operations of 3 different business units into a single integrated command and control center and developing operational methodologies. Design of the facility to be used for the consolidated C².

The Solution:
BunkerSec’s team formulated the conceptual mode of operations creating a unique model of consolidated command and control center for the company.
A detailed operation plan, including staff requirements, processes & procedures, was created using in-house tools and approved by the customer.
Based on the above plan, a detailed design of the facility was prepared making sure it properly served the functional requirements.
